Accreditation Service Provider for TEFL/TESOL Training companies: accrin.co.uk

1.1 Accreditation Service Provider undertakes upon request to check the TEFL/TESOL Training company’s educational materials for compliance with the quality standards of the performer

TEFL/TESOL Standards and Evidence

1.2 An open agreement takes effect upon receipt of payment

1.3 The initial fee is paid one time for starting the process of materials evaluation — £145 (GBP)

1.4 Annual accreditation fee — £415 (GBP)

1.5 TEFL/TESOL Training company provides training materials after the initial accreditation fee payment — £145 (GBP)

2.1 If the TEFL/TESOL Training company paid the initial fee for accreditation — £145 (GBP) but did not provide training materials or changed its mind about being accredited, the money will not be returned.

2.2 If the course meets the quality standards of the performer by 100%, it will be approved, and the customer can pay an annual accreditation fee for 12 months — £415 (GBP)

2.3 If the course meets the Accreditation Service Provider’s quality standards by 70%, it will be approved, with notes on how to finalise it according to the recommendations within 12 months.

2.4 If the course meets the quality standards of the performer by less than 70%, the course will not be approved. The initial accreditation fee — of £145 (GBP) will not be returned, and the TEFL/TESOL Training company will be offered recommendations for improving the course. The TEFL/TESOL Training company can resend the training materials once for verification accreditation without payment of the initial fee.  

3.1 The recommendations do not include individual development or assistance compiling training materials. The Accreditation Service Provider reports what needs to be improved, and the customer independently refines his course.

3.2 The Accreditation Service Provider does not provide consulting services on developing or finalising the customer’s training materials.

3.3 If the TEFL/TESOL Training company does not have its own TEFL TESOL courses and training materials, the Accreditation Service Provider does not provide course development services. 

4.1 After successful accreditation and payment for annual accreditation, the Accreditation Service Provider places an individual TEFL/TESOL Training company page on the accrin.co.uk website for 12 months

4.2 The TEFL/TESOL Training company page on the accrin.co.uk website is a confirmation that the company has been accredited for compliance with the quality standards of the Accreditation Service Provider

4.3 The TEFL/TESOL Training company may use the accrin.co.uk logo on its website and its certificate for a paid 12 months.

5.1 If the TEFL/TESOL Training company does not renew the accreditation issued for 12 months, then the TEFL/TESOL Training company’s page is deleted, and the TEFL/TESOL Training company is prohibited from using the accrin.co.uk logo on the website and certificates.  

5.2 The Accreditation Service Provider does not issue certificates in paper or electronic format and does not issue numbers for certificates; the TEFL/TESOL Training Company does this

5.3 The Accreditation Service Provider does not check the certificates for their authenticity

5.4 The Accreditation Service Provider does not put an apostille or consular legalisation on certificates; the TEFL/TESOL Training Company does this

5.5 The Accreditation Service Provider does not provide any services to students; this is done by the course TEFL/TESOL Training company.

5.6 If students contact Accreditation Service Provider to confirm the TEFL/TESOL Training company’s accreditation, Accreditation Service Provider will answer them and confirm the accreditation if the TEFL/TESOL Training company approved with us and the TEFL/TESOL Training company has a paid period.
