Accreditation Service Provider for TEFL/TESOL Training companies: accrin.co.uk

1. **Accreditation Process**

1.1. The Accreditation Service Provider will, upon request, review the TEFL/TESOL Training company’s educational materials to ensure they comply with quality standards.

1.2. The open agreement takes effect upon payment.

1.3. A one-time fee of £145 (GBP) initiates the materials evaluation process.

1.4. The annual accreditation fee is £415 (GBP).

1.5. TEFL/TESOL Training company submits materials after paying the initial fee of £145 (GBP).

2. **Refund Policy**

2.1. The initial fee of £145 (GBP) is non-refundable if materials are not submitted or the company cancels accreditation.

2.2. Courses meeting 100% of the quality standards will be accredited, and the customer may pay the annual fee of £415 (GBP) for 12 months.

2.3. Courses meeting 70% of the standards will be accredited with notes for improvement within 12 months.

2.4. Courses failing to meet 70% of the standards will not be accredited. The initial fee of £145 (GBP) is non-refundable, but resubmission is allowed once without an additional fee.

3. **Limitations**

3.1. Recommendations provided do not include individual development or assistance in compiling training materials.

3.2. The Accreditation Service Provider does not offer consulting on course development or finalisation.

3.3. The Accreditation Service Provider does not offer course development services for companies without TEFL/TESOL courses.

4. **Accreditation Confirmation**

4.1. After accreditation and payment, the company’s page will be listed on accrin.co.uk for 12 months.

4.2. This listing confirms that the company meets accreditation standards.

4.3. The company may use the accrin.co.uk logo on its website and certificates for the paid period.

5. **Expiry and Restrictions**

5.1. If accreditation is not renewed, the company’s page will be removed, and use of the logo will be prohibited.

5.2. The Accreditation Service Provider does not issue certificates or certificate numbers; this is the responsibility of the TEFL/TESOL Training Company.

5.3. The Accreditation Service Provider does not verify certificate authenticity or provide apostilles/legalisation.

5.4. The Accreditation Service Provider does not provide services to students.

5.5. If students contact us to confirm accreditation, we will verify and confirm if the company is accredited and the accreditation is valid.
